What we get asked about Excel.
Does the agent replace Excel or our BI tools?
No. Excel remains where your teams work; the agent feeds your existing workbooks and templates. If a BI tool is in place, it stays: the agent simply delivers clean, sourced figures into it.
Where do the figures come from?
From the sources you connect: accounting, bank, ERP, exports. Every amount keeps its source reference, and a figure the agent cannot source is flagged as such, never presented as settled.
Our templates and macros are very specific. Is that a problem?
It is the normal case. The agent learns your templates as they are and fills without touching the structures: formulas, macros and formatting stay. The workshop actually runs on one of your real workbooks.
What happens when there is an error?
The error is visible, because everything is traced and sourced: the log says what was filled, when, from which source. The previous version of the workbook is kept, and the fix is one click, not an investigation.
