root@fr:~$ connecteurs/odoo
Your Odoo, kept up to date overnight. In draft, never behind your back.
Supplier entry, reconciliations, reminders, product records: the agent connects to your Odoo instance through its standard API, prepares in draft and logs everything. Self-hosted included.
What the agent prepares
The operations work that piles up in Odoo, already prepared.
Supplier entry
Invoices read, postings and due dates proposed, attachments linked: the entry waits in draft, ready to validate.
Reconciliations
Payments and invoices matched as they come; ambiguous cases surface with their context instead of blocking the queue.
Customer reminders
Prepared from Odoo's due dates, with the account's history and your tone. Sent after your approval.
Records kept up to date
Products, contacts, opportunities: incomplete or inconsistent fields are detected, updates proposed, source attached.
Summaries
Late orders, slipping margins, sleeping stock: a summary that cites its lines, not one more table to build.
The rules
Your instance, your integrator, your rules.
The agent connects through Odoo's standard API, to your instance, hosted or self-hosted, under a dedicated account with bounded rights. Nothing to install inside Odoo, no module to maintain: your custom developments and your integrator stay.
Scope per module
Accounting, sales, inventory: the agent reaches the modules its scope declares, read-only by default.
Audit log
Every read and every proposal leaves a line: agent, module, record, time. Queryable, exportable.
Draft by default
Entries, reminders, updates: everything is prepared as a draft and waits for validation. The agent commits nothing on its own.
Data in France
The agent runs on your root instance, in France. Your Odoo data passes through no third-party platform.
Frequently asked questions
What we get asked about Odoo.
Compatible with our Odoo version, including self-hosted?
The agent uses Odoo's standard API, present on recent versions, Community and Enterprise, hosted or self-hosted. The precise check of your version and modules happens in the workshop.
Do we need to install a module inside Odoo?
No. The agent connects from the outside, through the API, with a dedicated account under bounded rights. Your instance stays unchanged, and so do your Odoo updates.
We have custom-built modules. Is that a blocker?
No: what your modules expose through the API is connectable, like the standard ones. It is a point we map in the workshop, with your integrator if they wish.
Does the agent write directly to the database?
Never. Every proposal goes through Odoo's API and rules, as a draft, under an identified account. Which makes every action visible, attributable and reversible.
The demo runs on a test Odoo database. Not on screenshots.
In one workshop, we plug the agent into a demo database: you watch the invoice being read, the draft entry, and the matching log line.
